- STEP 1--Finding "IQ." We acquaint ourselves with a client’s operations. Focusing on how it communicates to anyone it affects. We look at communications made in paid, owned and earned channels, corporate marketing/sales materials and also within internal communications to uncover obvious and not-so-obvious sources of value. Step 2–IQ Messaging. Once we uncover “IQ,” we conduct a messaging session to extrapolate the right IQ and communicate it in a way such that it can connect with different stakeholders. STEP 3–Communications Balance Sheet. Why a balance sheet? Content is currency. As such, POETIQ analyzes & manages your currency. Assets. Accentuate tangible and intangible assets that fuel a company’s operations. Equity. Leverage such channels as thought leadership, sales promotion, supply chain efficiencies and human resources that are sources of REAL advantage. Liabilities. Identify sources of risk, and (if desired) create a “reputation insurance” policy. STEP 4–The Pedal Hits the Metal. POETIQ is relentless in creating, securing and managing narratives that matter.
